Greetings Postcard Pals. Below are some of the standout postcards I have received from my generous postcard friends.
I've also included some I've sent myself from significant or interesting locations or just bought for fun. All my postcards are uploaded to my Flickr.
You'll see I also enjoy fancy stamps too. Want to trade? Read on.

Kylie Minogue
Rackcards and freecards can be either incredibly dull or total gems. In Australia we have a company called Avant Card who produce cool and funky freecards. They've published well over 10,000. This one is for a popular women's magazine featuring pop idol, Kylie Minogue. Click thru to see my favourite Avant Cards

Henry Ford Museum: Mustang #1
Mustang #1 from the Henry Ford Museum. How much must this be worth? $millions
Apparently it was sold by accident to a customer and then Ford went back and got it. Gee, I bet they had to stump up for it too!

Botswana: the new regiment
I certainly don't get too many cards from Botswana - and my travel pal, Philip Game, is the only one I know who's ever been there. And what a set of stamps!

Taiwan Kitsch
Our ship took an unexpected detour to Taiwan and I picked up some unusual postcards from the little gift shop at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. You find the coolest cards in these places.

Hamburg Australien Dampfschiff Gesellschaft
The funny thing about about this card is that my postcard hero, Sabine, wonders: "not sure if you like it". (!) Sabine, it's brilliant.

Burma: Shining Winking Wonder
From my mate Keith 'Keef' Austin. My only card from Burma. I even went to Burma to send myself a card, but it never arrived. :-(

Upper Suriname River
Another one out of thin air from my hard-wired-for-travel pal Tatyana. I met Tatyana aboard Aranui3 and she impressed me with her command of languages - and she suffered my German.
