Featured Postcards

Greetings Postcard Pals. Below are some of the standout postcards I have received from my generous postcard friends.

I've also included some I've sent myself from significant or interesting locations or just bought for fun. All my postcards are uploaded to my Flickr.

You'll see I also enjoy fancy stamps too. Want to trade? Read on.

Henry Ford Museum: Mustang #1

Henry Ford Museum - Ford Mustang

Mustang #1 from the Henry Ford Museum. How much must this be worth? $millions

Apparently it was sold by accident to a customer and then Ford went back and got it. Gee, I bet they had to stump up for it too!

Madagascar: Malagasy girl

I sent this card to my daughter back in 2003 during my last (and only) visit to Madagascar

Botswana: the new regiment

I certainly don't get too many cards from Botswana - and my travel pal, Philip Game, is the only one I know who's ever been there. And what a set of stamps!

Hotel and Resort Postcards

Hi Folks, Yes I've added a new category to my postcard preferences - Hotels. I spend so much time in these places and especially enjoy the old classics with stories to tell. If you have some, let's swap.

Below are some examples of cards I have sent and received. These include modern, fancy hotels as well as old tumble-down ones out in the countryside.

Classic Japanese Postcards

Japan does paper so well. I could spend hours in the Japanese shops - and do!
